About Us
Raindrop Valves USA LLC is a family-owned company
located in Pendleton, Oregon. The company evolved out of a personal
need for high-quality, low-maintenance water valves for use in our
sheep ranching operations in Eastern Oregon. All of our family
members are associated with sheep ranching operations in Eastern
Oregon and Western Australia.
In starting the sheep ranching operations in
Eastern Oregon, we tried several water valves, both plastic and
brass, commonly sold in the United States for stock water troughs
and were disappointed with their performance durability and flow.
Therefore, we decided to import some Raindrop Valves that had been
in use on the family farm in Western Australia and test them here.
They worked very well and required much less maintenance than the
other valves we had tried.
In networking
with other local sheep, goat, and cattle producers, we discovered a
high interest in the use of these valves. This led us to form the
company. We are continuously seeking retailers and sales
representatives to market our product and grow our distribution of
Raindrop Valves throughout the USA and Canada.
The valves are constructed and tested in Australia.
